MID-BAY ROTARY CLUB SIGNS SISTER CLUB AGREEMENT WITH MAKATI CENTRAL CLUB

On November 21, 2003, Mid-Bay Rotary (Rotary International
District 6940) signed a Sister Club Agreement with the Makati Central
(Rotary International District 3830), Philippines. Included in the
Agreement were the words, "1. They shall establish and develop a special
bond of friendship to encourage and foster the Rotary ideal of service as
a basis of worthy enterprise; 2. They shall exchange information in club
development and membership growth; 3. They shall conduct and sponsor club
visits with each other, whether individual or in groups, at any
appropriate schedule convenient to both clubs; and 4. They shall plan and
implement projects in fellowship and service which will be mutual
acceptable to both of them and which will make use of their common
resources." Also mentioned was the promotion of the Theory of Constraints
for Education (TOCFE) and the TOCFE being adopted by the Philippines
Public Schools.
