| Every year, in the
Spring, the Mid-Bay Rotary Club throws a big party for all of the foster
parents in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. We feel that foster parents
are very special people. Think about what they do for the community
and, more importantly, for children in need! At this special event, we
cook up a great steak dinner with all the trimmings and have the local
Government agency support team sponsor a series of awards and recognitions
for our guests. It's our way of saying "thank you" to people who
embrace the Rotary principle of "serve above self" in their daily lives. |
